Day 3 of the all raw detox diet and I’m not feeling “light, energized, and refreshed” in any way… I’m starving, extremely sleepy, and have this mild nagging headache above my right temple. Regardless, I’m committed to the misery for at least another 3 days. Hopefully everything has to get bad before I become ‘The Ultimate Megan’, who everyone is so very excited about meeting…
Day 2 menu :
Breakfast- Apples & Grapes
Lunch- Spinach salad with pecans, mushrooms, and fat free oriental dressing (I cheated with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese...)
Dinner- Shaved carrots, zuchinni, yellow peppers, tomatoes, and green onions
Day 3 Menu-
Breakfast- Melons
Lunch- Thai raw cabbage salad
Dinner- Tomatoes, cucumbers, and other raw veggies with light balsamic vingerette.
Day 4 Menu-
Breakfast- oranges and kiwis
Will continue to update you as I go through this journey with as big a smile as I can fake.
