Halfway There…

Day 3 of the all raw detox diet and I’m not feeling “light, energized, and refreshed” in any way…  I’m starving, extremely sleepy, and have this mild nagging headache above my right temple. Regardless, I’m committed to the misery for at least another 3 days. Hopefully everything has to get bad before I become ‘The Ultimate Megan’, who everyone is so very excited about meeting…

Day 2 menu :

Breakfast- Apples & Grapes

Spinach salad with pecans, mushrooms, and fat free oriental dressing

Lunch- Spinach salad with pecans, mushrooms, and fat free oriental dressing (I cheated with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese...)

Dinner- Shaved carrots, zuchinni, yellow peppers, tomatoes, and green onions

Tomatoes, cucumbers, and other raw veggies with light balsamic vingerette.

Breakfast- oranges and kiwis

Brett just bought this awesome foreclosure home on Waverly (Cammack Village) and is beginning the process of renovating the kitchen and master bath and updating the entire house with a fresh coat of paint.
